F. I remberber that in history, Hitler did reach a zenith with his power, but shortly after there was a huge downfall. In this class, Hitler was seen as a person who was bad, but who did conquer many things, and soon ruled much of Europe. The problem was, that once he reached the peak of his expansion or power, or the zenith, he soon came tumbling down. It reminded me of the saying, what comes up most go down. He soon lost everything and killed himself.

G. The word zenith reminds me of the Harry Potter books. Lord Voldermort was a very powerful wizard who had reached the zenith of his powers. Then, when he tried to kill Harry Potter he lost all of this power and was no longer at his zenith. (emilyh)
